The launch of the Vivo X Fold 3 Pro on the Indian market is imminent. Although the Chinese smartphone maker has not officially announced introducing its latest foldable device to the Indian market, a media publication claims that the global version of the company’s exclusive V3 processor and Zeiss-branded cameras will be included in the Fold 3 Pro.
Apart from being Vivo’s first foldable in India, it is also the first foldable to feature a ZEISS imaging system. The smartphone is also said to feature the company’s custom V3 imaging chip, which supports the photography capabilities of the Vivo X Fold 3 Pro.

The 6.53-inch cover display has the same peak brightness of 4,500 nits and a resolution of 1172 x 2748 pixels with a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The panels are HDR10+ and Dolby Vision compatible.
Under the hood, the X Fold 3 Pro features Qualcomm’s latest and most powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM and 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage. In terms of optics, it has a 50-megapixel Super Sensing primary camera with f/1.68 lens and OIS, a 50-megapixel f/2.0 ultra-wide lens, and a 64-megapixel Zeiss 3x telephoto camera with f/2.57 aperture, all connected with Vivo V3 chipset. For selfies, both the external and internal screens have a 32-megapixel f/2.4 sensor.
A 5700mAh battery that supports both 50W wireless fast charging and 100W fast wired charging powers it. It has a 3D ultrasonic dual-screen fingerprint sensor for biometrics. The phone has dual 5G, Bluetooth v5.4, Wi-Fi 7, dual-SIM 5G, GPS, IR Blaster, NFC, and a USB-C 3.2 Gen2 connector as connectivity options.
