Addressing fans at a recent event on Star Sports, Shahrukh Khan expressed his gratitude for their overwhelming support, stating, “Usse pehle kuch meri filmein thi jo itni acchi nahi gayi toh mujhe lagne laga tha ki main achi filmein bana nhi raha hun (Before that there were some of my films that didn’t do well and so I thought I’m not making good films).” He further added, “I think this whole country and people outside this country from India have actually taken me to their heart more than the films.”
Reflecting on his decision to take a break before his blockbuster return, Shahrukh Khan shared, “I just felt that ki main thoda rest was kar sakta hoon. Teen filmein kar chuka hoon, it also took a lot of physical work.” Despite his break, Shahrukh Khan’s commitment to his IPL team, Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR), remained unwavering, as he continued to attend their matches and support them.
