Christian Combs, son of Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, has been accused of sexual assault following a civil court lawsuit filed in the Los Angeles Superior Court. The plaintiff Grace O’Marcaigh who is a former crew member and the bartender on the yacht chartered by the Combs family claims terrible experiences that were supposed to be a fun family event.
As O’Marcaigh alleged, the defendant details the story as a “family trip” which later on turned out into an “environment of hedonism,” where sex workers and celebrities were involved. She says that Christian Combs, who was drunk, forced her to drink spiked tequila and later sexually assaulted her. O’Marcaigh suspects that the beverage offered by Christian Combs could have been a drug-laden one.
The complainant details the incident as Christian Combs aggressively pushing O’Marcaigh into a room, then physically assaulting her and trying to force himself on her, until the yacht employee intervened.
Sean Combs is not accused directly of sex offence, but he is named in the case as a defendant implicated in liability and aiding and abetting claims because he is alleged to have created an environment where such conduct was accepted.
It is the lawsuit which tells of evidence backing up everything it states, which include audio recordings and photographs of bruises around O’Marcaigh forearm, which are supposedly the result of the assault. O’ Marcaigh’s mental and physical health reportedly worsened after the incident, characterising anxiety, panic attacks, and other problems.
Christian Combs who is known for his music career, is being accused of sexual assault and misconduct on the yacht. The lawsuit comes to the surface with the broader issues of the yacht crew, specifically the use of drugs and reckless behavior by the participants.
Aaron Dyer, the attorney of Sean and Christian Combs has been reported to have made a statement to CNN stating that the submission contains “manufactured lies and irrelevant facts” and he will be seeking to “dismiss this outrageous claim”.
