Rahul Gandhi’s Address and Criticism of BJP-Led Administration
Rahul Gandhi attacked the BJP-led administration and said there has been “a systematic attack” on the notion of India earlier in the day during the motion of gratitude for the President’s speech.
The notion of India, the Constitution, and the individuals who opposed the attack on the Constitution have all been subjected to a methodical and widespread onslaught. A large number of us were targeted directly. A few of the leaders remain incarcerated. Anyone who opposed the notion of money and power consolidation, as well as violence towards the impoverished, Dalits, and minorities, was crushed. The Indian Prime Minister’s and Government’s orders caused me to be attacked…The 55 hours of ED questioning was the most entertaining part of it, he claimed.
Furthermore, he covered the Congress party’s logo, the Hindu “Abhayamudra,” which conveys protection, certainty, and fearlessness.
“The Congress is represented by Abhayamudra…In Hinduism, Islam, Sikhism, Buddhism, and other Indian faiths, the Abhayamudra is a gesture of fearlessness, certainty, and safety that brings about heavenly protection and happiness while banishing fear. All of our great men have talked about ending fear and using nonviolence. However, people who identify as Hindus only speak of hatred, violence, and lies.“Aap Hindu ho hi nahi,” said Rahul Ghandhi.
Rahul Gandhi’s comment sparked considerable criticism from BJP members, who said that Rahul was demeaning the Hindu faith by associating it with violence.
Rahul Gandhi was singled out by Home Minister Amit Shah, who stated it was incorrect to link violence to any faith.
“Those who identify as Hindus both talk and act violently, according to the Leader of the Opposition. He is unaware that millions of people proudly identify as Hindus. It is incorrect to associate violence with any faith. “He needs to apologize,” Amit Shah remarked.
