Prime Minister Narendra Modi goes to UAE and Qatar on a two-day visit. The important agenda of this visit includes, the bilateral talks with the President of UAE, participating in the World Government Summit in Dubai, inaugurating the Hindu temple in UAE and attending the Alhan Modi event.
Bilateral talks with President
Prime Minister Modi will meet Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the President of the United Arab Emirates in Abu Dhabi and hold bilateral talks to enhance the mutual benefits between the countries.
World Government Summit
Prime Minister Narendra Modi is invited by the Dubai ruler, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid to address the World Government Summit among the world leaders in Dubai on 14 February.
Inauguration of temple
Prime Minister Modi is going to inaugurate the SwamiNarayan temple, the first hindu temple in Abu Dhabi built by Bochasanwasi Shri Akshar Purushottam Swaminarayan Sanstha organization. In 2015, Prince Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan donated 13.5 acres of land for the construction of the SwamiNarayan Temple in Abu Dhabi. In February 2018 PM Modi laid the foundation stone for the temple. Then the UAE government also donated an additional 13.5 acres in 2019. In this visit to Abu Dhabi, the PM is going to inaugurate the temple on 14 February.
Ahlan Modi event
In this visit to Abu Dhabi, PM Modi is going to address a special event, Ahlan Modi in which he is going to address the Indian diasporas of UAE.

A post published on the PM’s X page about this trip said that he is going to the United Arab Emirates and Qatar for a two-day trip and this visit will further strengthen India’s bilateral relations with these two countries.
India’s Ministry of External Affairs said in a press release that Indians are playing an important role in developing strong relations between India and the United Arab Emirates. About 35 lakh Indian nationals are working in the UAE. This has made Indians the largest expatriate group in the country. The contribution of Indians to the socio-economic development of the UAE has been immense.
